​Jeff has spent 25 years living and volunteering in the recovery community. He shares his roller coaster life of highs and lows and explains how only the Grace of God  helped him find balance and a purpose in life.

We are a group of believers –bankers, musicians, social workers, teachers, public servants, business owners, parents, etc – who have struggled with addiction, codependency, eating disorders and abuse.

We have found healing and recovery through sharing our hurts habits and hangups with each other; allowing the promise of James 5:16 to work in our lives.
